7 Signs That You Are a Workaholic
While most of us have professional goals and ambitions, the
way we go about achieving them differs greatly. For many,
the drive to succeed leads them to work long hours, lose
sleep, and generally neglect their personal life. Others
achieve success by prioritizing, delegating and
organization. So, which type of achiever are you? If you
suffer from any combination of the following symptoms, you
just might be the former, otherwise known as a "workaholic".
1. You work evenings and week-ends in addition to your
regular work hours. Determine what impact these extra
hours are having on your family life, and decide whether it
is really worthwhile for you to be missing out on family
and friends.
2. You seldom take vacation and when you do, you work.
Everyone needs some time off to recuperate and refresh
their mind. In fact most of us work better following a
vacation because we feel less stressed and more focussed
upon our return.
3. Your thoughts are consumed with work. You can't make it
through a school play, or an evening out with friends
without checking your email, voicemail or blackberry.
4. You are missing out on the lives of your family and
friends. Do you know the name of your child's much-loved
teddy-bear, or your spouse's favourite book or television
show? When was the last time you had dinner with your
best-friend?
5. You don't have any time to relax. When was the last
time you took a bubble bath, read a book, or went to a
movie? Without taking time for yourself on a regular
basis, all you are sure to achieve is burn-out.
6. Relaxing stresses you out. When you do decide to read a
book, or see a movie, you find you can't relax because you
feel that you should be working.
7. You are having family troubles because of your
persistent absences. If your spouse or children resent you
because you aren't around, it is time to make some changes.
Workaholics are in reality not more likely to achieve
success. They are in actuality much more likely to reach
burn-out status before that happens. In fact, experts
agree that the vast majority of successful individuals are
not workaholics, but that they have learned how to
prioritize and delegate. If you are a Workaholic, it's not
too late to change. Letting go of some of your lower
priority tasks does not mean the end of your work-related
ambitions and in fact may just help you to attain the goals
that you have been striving to realize.

SEO is quite simply the process of ranking higher in the search
engines for a given keyword phrase. These are often called

searches but have low competition. Don't go out and try to get
ranked for a term like "cars" as this will likely take years of
effort, and there are no guarantees you will ever get ranked, no
matter how much time and money you put into it.
Instead of putting all your eggs in one basket going for one
huge term, instead focus on getting hundreds of lesser terms,
and you will see results from your efforts much more quickly.

an SEO agency for your efforts; it really isn't that hard to
learn yourself, and this not only will save you a fortune, but

Success in life is not difficult or tricky. It's not luck

align 4 basic components of your life. The four components

Today, we'll discuss the second basic component: your
decisions.

Your decisions
Our thoughts don't control our decisions, but they do
influence and steer them. Listen, to make a decision we
have to make a choice of what we want to act on.
Decisions are nothing more than transitions between
thoughts and actions.
Now, they are very important transitions. Without them you
wouldn't be able to take action. Therefore, you need to
make smart decisions to get you where you want to go.
So, how can you start to make smarter decisions? Here are
2 ways to start making smarter decisions:
1. Align your thoughts with what you want.
The thoughts you FOCUS ON the most are the ones you make
better decisions about.
Your thoughts are your foundation. Focus on high energy
thoughts more often and you'll start to make better,
smarter decisions.
2. Learn to control pain/pleasure
Okay, you've started to align your thoughts with success.
Now, you have to control how you feel about taking action
on your thoughts.
Remember, decisions are just transitions. To transition
from thoughts to actions you have to control your emotions.
There are 2 primary emotions: pain and pleasure.
Pain is a stronger emotion than pleasure. In other words,
most people will do more to avoid pain then they will to
gain pleasure.
Now, pain isn't necessarily a bad emotion. And pleasure
isn't necessarily a good emotion (at least in this
context). The important thing you need to know is:
How do you control pain/pleasure to make smarter decisions?
Here's a simple exercise to gain control. Pick a topic
you've been focusing your thoughts on and do the following:
a. Write down 5 advantages that will GIVE YOU PLEASURE.
Example: You've been focusing on mastering your time. One
advantage to this that gives you pleasure may be:
You'll be able to spend more time with your family.
b. Write down 5 disadvantages that will BRING YOU PAIN.
Example: Again, you've been focusing on mastering your
time. One disadvantage to this that brings you pain may be:
You'll lose the love of your spouse and kids.
c. Now, read both lists aloud.
Really feel the advantages and disadvantages in your gut.
Use these lists as leverage to gain control over the
pain/pleasure you're experiencing.
Okay, you know your thoughts have influence over your
decisions. You also know you have to control the
pain/pleasure between your thoughts.
You're ready to make a decision...

Your actions
Taking action is the next logical step after making a
decision. Actually, it automatically happens...that's why
your thoughts are the first thing that you need to align
with success.
Once your thoughts are aligned, your decisions can be made
and then action can be taken. And that's great, because
NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT ACTION!
There are no real steps to lead you to action. Again, once
you've made the decision to act, you'll take action. It's
that simple.
However, there are a few things you should keep in mind in
regards to taking action. They are:
1. Go BIG!
Hey, if you're going to take action, you might as well go
BIG. Don't just take a little action, take massive action!
Listen, it really takes the same amount of energy to take
massive action as it does to take a little action. The
energy isn't so much in the action ...it's in the thinking
and planning.
Now, it does take energy to act. But the majority of the
energy comes before the action. Once you get your head
straight (with your thoughts) and start making smarter
decisions, taking massive action is easy.
GO BIG!!!
2. Consistency is key
Okay, once you've taken massive action, what's next?
You have to be consistent! This is where most people fail.
Most people get their thoughts in alignment, start making
smarter decisions, and then, BAM-WAM-POW, they stop taking
action.
What's up with that?
If you want to be successful, in any area of your life, you
have to learn to be consistent. Consistently thinking the
right, high energy thoughts. Consistently making smart
decisions. And consistently taking massive action.
This is the real secret to success...learn it, master it,
live it!
3. Action is addictive
Now, this might seem contradictory to my last point, but I
assure you it's not.
After you start taking action on a consistent basis, it
gets addicting. Why? Because consistent action produces
habits. And habits produce results. And results are what
you're really after anyway.
So, what should you do next?
Well, you still need to think creative, high energy
thoughts. You still need to make smart decisions based on
your emotions (pain vs. pleasure and what feels right).
And you still need to take BIG consistent action!
However, you now must become AWARE of your thoughts,
decisions, actions, habits, and results.
Keep these three ideas in mind when you make a decision and
act. They'll allow success to find you instead of you
trying to find success.

awareness.
Your Awareness
Awareness isn't a big deal to people who don't want to
succeed. But awareness IS the most important component to
success once you've started thinking, deciding, and acting
in a way that takes you toward your dreams and goals (your
success).
Here's what most people, who are on track for success but
never make it, do:
1. They think right
2. They make smarter decisions
3. They take massive action, consistently
4. And they end up in the wrong spot (i.e. - not where they
wanted to be)
Now, why is that? The answer is simple. They were not
AWARE of the results they were getting. They were getting
results and didn't stop to think where THOSE results were
taking them.
Listen, to make it to where you want to go, you have to
know where you are at all times.
Think about it. When you go on vacation to a place you've
never been before, do you stop every once in a while to
make sure you heading in the right direction?
Of course you do. So, why would you NOT stop and make sure
the results you're getting are taking you in the right
direction when it comes to your success?
It just makes sense to do so.
So, why do a lot of people fail to monitor their results?
Here are the two primary blunders most people make and how
you can avoid them:
1. Results Trap
Again, the actions you take and the results you get can be
addicting.
After all, if you're getting results, why should you stop
and question that? Just keep going and you'll eventually
make to where you want to go.
Right? Wrong!
Getting results is awesome. That's what drives most
successful people. But, if the results you're getting
aren't helping you make progress toward your ultimate
outcome, what use are they?
Listen, life is not just about taking action and getting
results. Life is about the journey you take and the person
you become when you get to where you want to go.
Life isn't easy. But it's worth every mistake. It's worth
every struggle. It's worth every disappointment,
frustration, and heartache.
Just make sure these set backs aren't in vain. Know where
you want to end up and be aware of where you are at all
times. The right results will get you to where you want to
be.
Remember, results don't equal success. The right results
equal success.
2. Ignorance
You don't know what you don't know.
As I said before, the people who seem to do it all right
and still fail are the ones who are not aware of the
results they're getting.
So, the problem is not, "I can't get results".
The problem is they don't know they have to track their
results and make mid-course corrections to achieve their
results.
In other words, they are ignorant to awareness and its
importance.
But not you!
You now understand that you have to know where you are at
all times if you're going to get to where you want to be.
You know you have to become aware. You know you have to
make corrections along the way. You know success is right
around the bend.
So, become aware and succeed!

How to get tons and tons of Digg? This is something I been
doing since long time ago. I have had great amount of success
with trick.
Best way to get on frontpage of Digg is to get 30-40 Diggs
within few minutes after the submission. Which can only happen
if your story is really amazing and out of this world or if you
have tons of friends and you PM them and they all Digg it.
Remember I told you, to get ideas from newsletters and stuff and
find out what is the news and what is the buzz around? Well this
is where it comes into play. You can actually rewrite the stuff
that you got in your email and put it in your own blog and then
Digg it, if the story is good enough it will get on frontpage
and it will get you tons of friend adds also. This works very
well if you are a good writer and can re write articles real
fast, with pictures and stuff..you can also give the direct link
to the site for a while just so you get popular around Digg.
The best way to get to frontpage of Digg without any friends
is, to go to www.youtube.com and find videos that got tons of
views but never got diggs, al you gotta do then is put the video
on your blog and then Digg it, I have had very good success with
it, you can even resubmit some of the old videos, just download
the famous Digg video, upload it again and Digg it again.
Here are some of my final touches and methods I been using for
a long time now. This is the first time I am sharing this
method. I am sure you guys will use it and exploit it..
1.Backlink to your Digg profile -> Ya this is my favorite
method, build backlinks to your own Digg profile, you can do
that through social bookmarking, blog comment. Here is a basic
guide.
A.Social Bookmark your Digg account, from all famous websites,
or you can pay someone around DP do social bookmark your own
Digg profile.
B.Find blogs that can get you an easy backlink by posting a
comment, best way is to find blogs in a topic that you are good
at. And people usually always allow a link in a comment when
they see www.digg.com, but basically you will be leaving
backlink to your own Digg account.
C.Create a blog and talk all junk in it, you can get articles
from Ezine and change words here and there and upload it to your
blogger account. In the bloglink section backlink to your Digg
Account with an anchor of your choice. I use my own name lol or
random words. Now google might deindex your site if you copy
paste ezine stuff so the best way is, to write 5-10 posts by
yourself talking totally junk stuff and then in link section
link back to your account. You can do this from wordpress,
xanga, scribd, hubpages, squidoo and tons more, I cant share all
of them but these are few famous ones. To get these blogs
crawled just keep pinging them every 24 hours, you can do that
by going to www.kping.com, use some of your techniques to get it
crawled and indexed I cant share much.You gotta get your Digg
account some PR lol..
2. Deadliest METHOD - This is my favorite method. I cannot 100%
guarantee that this method still works but I think nobody knows
about it and I do not think Digg ever did anything to fix this
issue, in fact I think Digg doesnt even think someone would be
that PRO to exploit this lol but here it is Just for you people
lol –
If you go to your profile and scroll down you can see your
account stats, number of Diggs, submits, how many stories you
made popular and how many people viewed your account. Now you
won't believe me but you can trigger that number and for some
reason people add you as friend and digg your stories if this
number is way to high, they think you are famous and you get
tons of visits or something. I am not sure how the logic works
here but basically if your profile view stats are high people

I know but basically its like how many people visited your
profile. Now what you can do to get this stats high is actually
buy fake traffic and send all the traffic to your Digg URL and
in no time you will have thousands and thousands of views. So
when people check your profile they will see you got tons of
views and this helps for some reason to get easy friends.

Forums are great way to generate much targeted smart visitors
to your site, but you need to do it the right way. Users of
forums are usually very smart people and good learners, that's
what makes them end up in forums; to learn and ask questions,
help and get help. If you can help them and offer them great
information you can earn their trust and they may click on your
signature and visit your site.
Forums are very niche targeted, you need to join your niche
forums in order to be helpful, write and post specific
information "tips, tricks and strategies on how to, where to and
why". Know exactly how to attract their attention.
How to get clicks to your site from forums?
Join forums discussing your area of expertise. To be able to
contribute, do not hesitate to give. You don't know every thing
but you know something others don't know, you can learn from
them and teach them in the same time, answer their questions and
ask them.
Know who are the members of the forum? What kind of subject
could interest them? For an example if you are in a forum of
webmasters, that is all about building designing and promoting
websites. You can get their attention when you offer special
design tip or code, unique promotion strategy. Those members
will be interested more of your experience than knowledge, you
can steal their attention by posting something you have done and
found it successful.
Do not insert affiliate links or links back to your website in
the post itself, in most forums that considered as spam. You can
insert a general links if you think it is helpful websites and
related to your post.
Use anchor text in your signature, attractive but descriptive
text to make users click on it. In the example above if you have
a signature that says "Website designing tips" people will
click, but be sure the link where it takes them does offer
designing tips. Here you can use an affiliate links or specific
page from your website.
Here is my own signature in one forum
Use forums for real traffic not link building. If you
distribute correctly one article you can achieve more than 200
links (depend on how you distribute articles), on the other hand
posting this article on the forum can give you only one link. So
for link popularity use website directories, link exchange and
articles distribution. Forums can give you great targeted and
smart traffic; so use your time effectively.
Forums members are great but smart costumers, try to take them
to a webpage that offer them products they may need. Recognize
the potential products and offers that could interest the forum
members. I had participated with website promotion forum, and
one post made me great earning. My earnings were not money. I
had post to the forum an article about article marketing
strategy, and in the signature I used "Article directories list"
where this signature takes them to one page of my website where
I had arranged a list of 400 article directories.So the anchor
text was "article directories list" that links to
http://www.arabian-affiliate. com/Website- Directories. htm.
This post had more than 100 views and most of the members who
read the post clicked on the signature, they not only visited my
webpage they also bookmarked it. For me it is a huge success to
make those very smart and unique visitors bookmark my website.
Last tip to you is: frequently change the signature and track
the clicks. I am a member in a very powerful and useful forum
called "Conquer Your Niche" and the "Warrior Forum" and there I
change my signature and my links each month. Most of the warrior
forum members are Plug-In-Profit-Site (PIPS) members, I am also,
so I do not use the PIPS signature, and I change the signature
all the time.
